Breasts considered large within a given cultural context. Note that large breasts have various health issues associated with them and may carry stigmatized medical associations (such as terms like gigantomastia and macromastia). These terms have more specific medical meanings but should not be used outside of those specific contexts. Gigantomastia is breast hypertrophy in which tissue considered excessive weighs more than 1.5 kilograms (3.3 lbs); macromastia is hypertrophy in which the tissue weighs less than 1.5 kilograms (3.3 lbs)
